Manager, Business Project Management

Provides hiring and oversight for team that focuses on: Serves as a strategic partner to technology leaders providing end-to-end oversight of resource investments workforce planning and third-party spend to ensure financial stewardship and alignment with organizational priorities. Owns the processes governance and reporting that enable leaders to effectively manage budgets hiring plans contractor/vendor engagements and funding changes while maintaining a trusted source of financial and portfolio data.

Core Responsibilities may include

• Manage and track labor contractor and vendor spend across the organization ensuring budget adherence and transparency.
• Concierge hiring and workforce planning processes including headcount management requisitions hiring forecasts and resource allocation decisions.
• Oversee third-party financial management including consultant and contractor engagements vendor spend reporting and contract-related financial tracking.
• Maintain the gold source of financial and resource data delivering insights that support portfolio budget and investment decisions.
• Partner with FP&A and leadership teams on forecasting reforecasting financial flexibility exercises and budget optimization.
• Provide operational leadership through governance reporting and process management to ensure financial decisions are executed efficiently and consistently across the organization.
• Seeks opportunity to advance automate and streamline departmental processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years related work experience. Two years of managing a project preferred. Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred. Previous people-leadership experience preferred.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
