Position Summary
The Manager Site Business Enablement will support the execution of cross-site value generation and harmonization initiatives within Operations Procurement with a focus on driving efficiency operational excellence and sustainable business outcomes. Reporting to the Associate Director Procurement Lead Site Business Enablement this role will partner with site and functional stakeholders to identify prioritize and implement opportunities that deliver measurable P&L impact cost avoidance and productivity improvements.
This position requires a proactive analytical and collaborative individual who can support the development and execution of strategic initiatives across multiple sites. Key areas of focus may include tail spend optimization support of site category strategy implementation catalog strategy expansion and change management activities enabling adoption and long-term value realization.
Key Responsibilities
Accountable for the identification and execution of cross-site value generation and harmonization opportunities.
Partner with site Procurement and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment adoption and implementation of priority initiatives.
Analyze spend process and operational data to identify opportunities for efficiency cost avoidance and improved business performance across sites.
Drive tail spend optimization efforts through spend analysis opportunity assessment solution implementation and tracking of benefit realization.
Enable implementation and expansion of catalog strategies to improve adoption and efficiency.
Contribute to operational excellence by identifying process improvements and standardization opportunities.
Manage and monitor change management efforts to enable successful adoption of new processes tools and ways of working.
Accountable for monitoring project progress tracking benefits and communicating results risks and dependencies to leadership.
Develop and implement scalable repeatable approaches that enhance operational consistency across sites.
Contribute to delivery of P&L impact through savings efficiency gains and value realization.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement accountability and business value delivery.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in procurement operations supply chain business enablement or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Strong analytical problem-solving and project coordination skills.
Experience with category management spend optimization catalog strategy or process improvement strongly preferred.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across a matrixed organization.
Ability to operate with a high degree of accountability urgency and professionalism.
Experience supporting change management and implementation activities preferred.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of thisposting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic locationand we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
