As a Manager Business Development & Acquisitions supporting SPECIFIC TEAM or CUSTOMER you will be trusted to evaluate potential strategic partnerships (e.g.: M&A Licensing Equity Investments etc.) that drive revenue growth and profitability. You will be expected to analyze opportunities deliver presentations to senior management and support negotiations and deal execution. This is out of our Fort Worth TX office.

In this role a typical day will include:

• Identify investigate and analyze potential acquisition merger and licensing opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Company and industry research and analysis
• Financial evaluation and modelling of potential investment opportunities (comparable analysis precedent transaction analysis discounted cash flow analysis financial impact analysis etc.)
• Mergers & Acquisition transaction execution (e.g. strategy due diligence negotiation definitive documentation and integration)
• Manage ongoing alliances as the business representative to extract the most value from the relationship

WHAT YOULL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school15 yrs. Assoc.11 yrs.; M.S.4 yrs.; PhD3 yrs.)
• The ability to fluently read write understand and communicate in English
• 7 Years of Relevant Experience
