Job Summary
The Business Intelligence Manageris responsible forleading the development and implementation of data-driven strategies that support business decision-making. This role oversees the design development and maintenance of reporting systems and dashboards ensuring data accuracy accessibility and relevance across departments. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams toidentifykey performance indicators (KPIs) streamline reporting processes and drive insights that improve operational efficiency and strategic planning.
This is an onsite position based in Springfield MO.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Lead the BI team in delivering high-quality data analytics and reporting solutions
- Design develop andmaintaindashboards scorecards and reports using tools such as Power BI Tableau or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data insights.
- Ensure data integrity consistency and security across all reporting platforms.
- Develop andmaintaindata modelsandqueriestosupport reporting requirements.
- Work closely with EDW to ensure data processes support reporting needed.
- Monitor andoptimizeperformance of BI tools and reporting systems.
- Provide training and support to business users on BI tools and data interpretation.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics.
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and data governance
- Additional duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelors Degree Business Computer Science Data Analytics or related field (Masterspreferred).
- 5 years of experience in business intelligence data analytics or reporting.
- Proven experience managing BI tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau QlikView).
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITY:
- Strong SQL DAX & Pythonskillsand experience with data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Knowledge of data governance compliance and security best practices.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. Azure AWS Google Cloud).
- Understanding ofmachine learning and predictive analytics.
- Project management certification (e.g. PMP Agile) is a plus.

INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:
Develops objectives and general policies and procedures for a specific program or functional area of responsibility within general scope of established operational goals and plans. Day-to-day work and decisions do not require direction or review by immediate supervisor. End results are reviewed by supervisor.
