The Manager of Annual Giving provides strategic leadership for the departments annual fundraising programs driving donor acquisition and retention and developing multi-channel campaigns designed to increase philanthropic participation and revenue. This role oversees the execution and evaluation of annual appeals employee giving initiatives and direct-response fundraising communications. Additionally the Manager develops sophisticated donor segmentation plans and data-driven strategies to strengthen long-term philanthropic pipeline development.
Education
- Bachelors Degree in Business Communications Public Administration Nonprofit Management or related field required
Experience
- 5 years of experience in annual giving or direct response fundraising with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets required
