Job Summary
The Manager AI Operationsis responsible forfacilitatingSPEs AI operational cadence portfolio management activities and enterprise AI programs. Reporting to the Vice President AI Strategy and Operations this role serves as the primary lead for the AI operational framework and supports execution of strategic AI initiatives across the enterprise.
The Manager acts as a key connector between business stakeholders workstream leaders operational forums and executive leadership ensuring AI initiatives are effectively coordinated managed and positioned for successful adoption and value realization.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Facilitation
Serve as the primary lead for SPEs AI operating cadence.
Manage intake review prioritization approval and tracking processes for AI opportunities and initiatives.
Coordinate activities of the AI Working Group including agenda development meeting facilitation stakeholder engagement and action tracking.
Support preparation and facilitation of AI Steering Committee meetings including briefing materials decision tracking and follow-up activities.
Maintain operational processes workflows templates documentation and procedures.
Continuously improve mechanisms to balance innovation speed and responsible oversight.
Portfolio & Program Management
Coordinate execution across AI initiatives workstreams and strategic programs.
Maintain project plans milestones risks dependencies action items and status reporting.
Support portfolio prioritization resource planning and operational reviews.
Monitor initiative progress and escalate issues asappropriate.
Develop reporting materials for leadership and operations forums.
AI Initiative Delivery
Lead or support implementation of AI pilots initiatives and transformation efforts.
Facilitate discovery sessions requirements gathering process assessments andimplementationplanning activities.
Coordinate cross-functional teams involved in AI initiatives.
Support business case development vendor evaluations and rollout planning.
Assistin scaling successful solutions across the organization.
Adoption Communications & Enablement
Coordinate AI communications awareness campaigns training programs and adoption initiatives.
Support organizational change management and stakeholder engagement efforts.
Capture and communicate best practices success stories and lessons learned.
Support development of playbooks guides and enablement materials.
Team Leadership
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
Foster collaboration across business technology and operational teams.
Qualifications
58 years of experience in strategy operations program management transformation consulting PMO or related disciplines.
Strong program and project management capabilities.
Experiencefacilitatingoperational forums steering committees or executive reviews.
Excellent communication facilitation and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Experience supporting AI automation digital transformation or innovation programs.
Familiarity with organizational change management and adoption practices.
Experience within media entertainment technology or consulting environments.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $129600 - $162000. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors including without limitation the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position years of relevant experience level of education attained certifications or other professional licenses held and if applicable the location of the position.Sony Pictures Entertainment is an equal opportunity employer.
