Job Summary
Purpose:
The Manager AI Learning Programs- Learning & Leadership Development is responsible for the coordination and delivery of high-quality AI learning initiatives across the enterprise. This role coordinates program timelines content publishing learning platform management learner communications and operational tracking to ensure AI learning experiences are delivered smoothly consistently and at scale globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other team members in the development of new AI learning programs resources and in the maintenance and enhancement of existing materials.
- Coordinate and manage the execution calendar for AI learning programs and launches across the enterprise.
- Work cross functionally to coordinate content reviews localization user acceptance testing publishing and event logistics.
- Track participation completion feedback and other program metrics through custom dashboards and reports.
- Support LMS/LXP administration and maintenance.
Qualifications :
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree of equivalent professional experience required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in learning operations program management instructional support or related roles.
- Strong written and excellent oral communication skills; excellent project coordination and execution skills
- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Experience with learning platform administration
- Detail-oriented organized and able to manage multiple workstreams

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
