Manager, Acquisitions

Description

This role focuses on identifying evaluating and executing property and asset acquisitions and dispositions to advance the organizations growth objectives. The position requires conducting thorough due diligence to ensure the reliability of information for potential deals as well as making strategic recommendations and negotiating mergers acquisitions and divestitures. The professional will operate within a collaborative results-driven environment guided by core values of customer focus and teamwork. The role may involve overseeing day-to-day operations and managing direct reports with latitude for execution and decision-making.

Responsibilities
The individual is responsible for sourcing and assessing acquisition opportunities performing detailed financial and operational analyses and leading negotiations for asset purchases and sales. They ensure all due diligence processes are completed accurately and efficiently verifying the integrity of data and information provided for each transaction. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to align deal structures with organizational objectives. The professional must stay current with industry standards and internal practices adapting strategies as needed to maximize value. They may also manage direct reports assigning tasks and adjusting priorities to meet deliverable goals. Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business or related field- 4-7 Years of experience in acquisitions investments or business development- Strong analytical and negotiation skills- Proven ability to conduct thorough due diligence- Experience managing teams or direct reports
