Position Description
At Wallys Burger Express we have three management positions:
--General Manager in total charge of the entire position
--Assistant Managers assisting the GM in managing the store. Salaried position.
--Shift leaders hourly management persons in charge of shift up to $17 HR
Responsibility of Management
--A strong leader who is a people person with excellent hospitality skills has a positive attitude and a sense of urgency who can make work fun.
--Detail oriented organized and able to direct Team Members while performing under pressure in a high volume restaurant.
