The Management Analyst II serves as the Fiscal Contract Manager and oversees the Divisions contract portfolio while acting as the Divisions Certified Contract Manager. This position manages the full lifecycle of contractual agreements including coordinating bid solicitations developing and facilitating Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and managing lease agreements delegated by State Purchasing or Leasing Services.

This role serves as the Divisions primary liaison with contractors providers and State partners while also contributing to the development of the biennial budget. The position includes supervision of assigned staff.

• Serve as liaison with contractors providers and State agencies

• Supervise assigned staff and support departmental operations
• Maintain compliance with all State policies and regulations

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage priorities independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel
• Professional demeanor with strong initiative and attention to detail
• Valid Nevada Drivers License required
