Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Information Systems Data Analytics or a related field or expected completion prior to employment.

• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

• Outstanding academic performancerequired with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above

• Must be a current Summer 2026 Baker Tilly Intern

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong academic performance with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.

• Internship or relevant work experience in accounting finance or client accounting services.

• Strong communication collaboration organizational analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiencywith Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).

• Interestin cloud accounting technology process improvement and client service.

• Progress toward CPA eligibility or an interest in pursuing the CPA designation is a plus.

The pay rate ranges for this position are listed below. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicants skills prior experience qualifications degrees professional certifications work arrangements and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.

In Chicago IL: pay rate range is $56485 to $85200

In Frisco TX: pay rate range is $60000 to $81320

In San Francisco CA: pay rate range is $74700 to $100685

In Irvine CA: pay rate range is $67850 to $89060

In New York NY: pay rate range is $72500 to $96810
