Schedule: Day Shift Monday Friday
Shift Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Weekly Hours: 40 Hours

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC isseeking an experienced Mammography Technician to perform routine screening and diagnostic mammography procedures while ensuring high-quality imaging patient safety and compliance with departmental standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform routine screening and diagnostic mammography examinations

• Demonstrate competency in mammography positioning compression and imaging techniques

• Ensure all radiographic images are accurately labeled according to departmental procedures

• Evaluate images for technical quality and diagnostic acceptability

• Transmit images to PACS in a timely manner

• Complete all studies and documentation within IDX and related systems

• Accurately maintain patient tracking and imaging records

• Follow departmental protocols and quality assurance standards

• Deliver professional and compassionate patient care throughout the imaging process

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of Mammography Technologist experience

• Associate Degree or higher

• Active New York State License in Diagnostic Radiography

• ARRT Registration required

• Must meet MQSA requirements

• BLS Certification (AHA)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
