Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily workflow between radiologists technologists and scheduling staff
• Prepare and manage monthly technologist schedules.
• Communicate staffing updates to scheduling and operational teams
• Perform mammography and related exams as needed
• Coordinate urgent (STAT) imaging requests
• Develop and maintain clinical protocols and QA programs
• Lead ACR accreditation and MQSA compliance efforts
• Oversee stereotactic biopsy and wire localization procedures
• Troubleshoot workflow issues and ensure smooth operations
• Supervise staff performance evaluations and corrective actions
• Maintain equipment records and regulatory documentation
• Uphold patient confidentiality and professional standards
• Ability to perform Biopsies

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• ARRT certification and current licensure
• 3 years mammography experience and 3 years supervisory experience
• Knowledge of mammography standards protocols and quality assurance
• Excellent communication organization and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel)
• NYSDOH License
