Join Loyola Medicine as an Assistant Manager of Breast Imaging and play a key leadership role in delivering high-quality patient-centered care. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mammography Technologist to step into a hands-on leadership position where you will drive operational excellence support a high-performing team and ensure exceptional imaging services for our patients. You will help shape the future of breast imaging services while continuing to practice in a clinical capacity.
Hours:
Day Shift
Monday - Friday w/occasional Saturday based on departmental needs
Location: Loyola Outpatient Center
Minimum Required:
Specific Degree(s): Radiologic Technology-Mammo
Associates degree - or equivalent training acquired via work experience
3-5 years of previous job-related experience
Expected to function as a working manager
Excellent communication interpersonal prioritization and decision-making skills
Preferred:
3-5 years Coordinator Lead or Management experience
Bachelors Degree
UKG scheduling or equivalent
Licensure/Certifications
Required:
American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) program
ARRT (M) licensure
CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) from American Heart Association only
Illinois Emergency Management Agency Certification (IEMA)
EPIC PAC experience or equivalent
Excel Proficient (intermediate) Testing for proficiency maybe required

Annual Salary Range: $84150 - $135000
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience qualifications education location licensure certification requirements and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
