Mathematical Skills

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.

Ability to apply concepts such as fractions percentages ratios and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form.

Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Physical Demands / Work Environment

Manufacturing Environment:

o 80% Standing and walking

o 20% Stooping Kneeling crouching crawling climbing and balancing

o Must be able to lift heavy loads (50 lbs)

Education and/or Experience

Bachelors degree (BA) from four year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

4 Year apprentice trade certificate in Tool making

Must be able to read blueprints and preferred CAD experience.
