Maintenance Worker Temporary assignment

Winslow Court is looking for a reliable Temporary Maintenance Worker to join our team immediately through September 1st. Youll support the day-to-day upkeep of our senior living community keeping things running smoothly and ensuring a safe comfortable environment for our residents and staff.

• Perform general maintenance and repairs plumbing electrical HVAC basics carpentry and painting
• Complete work orders in a timely manner and document work completed
• Conduct routine inspections of building systems common areas and resident apartments
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents and staff
• Maintain tools equipment and maintenance storage areas
• Support apartment turnovers including cleaning repairs and touch-ups
• Assist with preventive maintenance tasks as assigned
• Follow all safety protocols OSHA guidelines and infection control procedures

Compensation: $18.25 $22.00 per hour depending on experience

What Were Looking For

• 1 year of maintenance or facilities experience (senior living or healthcare a plus)
• Working knowledge of general building systems: plumbing electrical HVAC basics
• Ability to prioritize multiple work orders and stay organized
• Reliable punctual and professional with a resident-first attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the shift
• Valid drivers license preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
