Maintenance Worker (Second Shift)

What you will do:

• Work 40 hours/week Monday Friday second shift including every third weekend and holiday rotation

• Shift time: 1:30- 10:00pm

• Perform overall maintenance service and repair work on clinic plumbing electrical heating air conditioning and refrigeration facilities and equipment; assume independent responsibility for the overall maintenance of assigned clinic facilities during off hours weekends and holidays when taking call.

• Conduct periodic inspections of designated buildings and equipment; when necessary repair and perform preventive maintenance on general building facilities and electrical mechanical plumbing HVAC refrigeration and equipment.

• Demonstrate dependability problem solving team building skills and organizational skills.

• Work with a team of talented patient care professionals to provide service with empathy.

What you will need:

• High School Diploma or equivalency

• 3-4 years of building maintenance and repair experience

• Valid drivers license required
