Maintenance Worker Part-Time

Schedule: Three days per week; days will vary

Kingston Bay Senior Living an Agemark Senior Living community is looking for an experienced Maintenance Worker who takes pride in keeping our community safe comfortable and welcoming.

• Complete routine maintenance requests and repairs.
• Help maintain plumbing electrical HVAC boilers and other building systems.
• Prepare apartments for new resident move-ins.
• Assist with inspections and coordinate with contractors as needed.
• Follow building codes safety standards and required procedures.
• Respond to maintenance needs with a helpful positive attitude.

• At least three years of maintenance or repair experience required.
• Experience with plumbing electrical HVAC or related building systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A friendly approachable attitude when working with residents and team members.
• Availability to work three days per week with days varying based on community needs.
• Flexibility to assist with occasional weekend or evening needs.
