Were hiring full-time MaintenanceWorker to work Various Health Solutions Sites.

What Youll Be Doing

Keep our facilities looking their best by performing a variety of general maintenance and repair tasks including painting drywall repair door hardware replacement and minor plumbing and electrical work. Youll help ensure a safe clean and functional environment by troubleshooting maintenance issues maintaining common areas and completing routine repairs. This role also supports office operations through furniture assembly and relocation room setup and other facility improvement projects as needed. HVAC experience is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES: As a MaintenanceWorker under the supervision of the Director and Supervisor you will:

• Repair and replace doorknobs or locks and door closures and patching holes inwalls

• Drywall and texture walls

• Paint interior office spaces

• Cleancommon areassuch as hallways public restrooms elevators and stairwells using established practices andprocedures

• Troubleshoot minor maintenance problems involving electrical structural plumbing and equipment repair orreplacement

• Perform routine plumbing repairs such as unstopping toilets sinks or urinals; and fixing water leaks leaking faucets and waterfountains

• Perform routine electrical repairs such as changing light bulbs or fluorescentlamps andassistingin repairing ballast and lightfixtures

• Assemble and move furniturehangpictures and bulletin boards move and set up tables andchairs

• Performing other job-relatedduties asassigned by supervisors

Knowledge skills and abilities:

• Knowledge of trades related to building maintenance andrepair

• Knowledge of a variety of building maintenance procedures and techniques

• Knowledge of machinery equipment and tools necessary for the maintenance and repair of public buildings

• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions

• Skill in reading assembly instructions

• Skills in following safety practices and recognizinghazards

• Skill in using hand and powertools

• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing

• Ability to follow writteninstructions

• Ability to follow verbal instructions

• Ability to make independent decisions and exercise goodjudgment

• Ability to work independently (without direct supervisory or coworker support)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to frequently stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift carry push and pull up to 75 pounds independently
• Ability to bend stoop kneel crouch and reach overhead
• Ability to work in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments

• A high school/GED diploma and a minimum of one year of paid maintenance work required.

• Six to eight years of experiencein interior drywalltextureandpainting.

• Valid Colorado drivers license and reliable transportationrequired.

• Basic computer skills.

• Proven ability to perform routine maintenance work.

• Flexible schedule to include emergency weekend and evening calls.
