Job Title: Maintenance Welder/Fabricator

Department Supervisor/Lead

Summary Description:

Repair production equipment and built tooling fixtures per drawings

Essential Functions:

Repair broken welds on equipment as needed.
Weld all pipe leaks as needed.
Fit up and weld assemblies per engineered drawing and specification using TIG and/or MIG welding process.
Performs maintenance welding processes as required using MIG TIG and/or stick welding process
Housekeeping
Basic mathematics and read/write English for general and detailed paperwork. (Used for measuring quality scheduling routing monitoring etc.)
Must be able to work with/use various measurement equipment
Must be able to interpret blue prints.

Perform any and all other job related tasks as assigned

Skills or Experience Required:

Must have AWS Cert with 1G3G and 4G un GMAW and SMAW or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must pass an in-house welding exam and skills demonstration.
