Maintenance Utilities

Work Shift:

Day - 8 Hour (United States of America)Under general supervision of the Utilities Manager performs general and specific duties related to the installation inspection operation and repair of all utility systems and equipment.

Qualifications:

Education & Training: High School graduate or GED equivalent.

Experience: Three (3) years in facilities maintenance working as a commercial HVAC systems technician; or any equivalent combination of education training and experience which provides the necessary knowledge skills and abilities for this position.

Required Certification/Registration/Licensure: Current Refrigerant License/Certification. Valid Georgia drivers license. Acceptable MVR history to meet and maintain insurance requirements must be met in order to drive HHC vehicles. CPT training within 9 months of hire.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities: Utilizes a variety of equipment to include multi-meters power and hand tools blueprints equipment manuals and computers.
