Shift: 1st 7:00am - 3:00pm

About this Opportunity:
In this role youll support the success of our maintenance team by coordinating training programs and helping ensure employees meet required qualifications and compliance standards. Youll work with internal teams and external partners to keep training organized accurate and on track while contributing to a safe and efficient operation.
What Youll Be Doing:
Maintain accurate training records and employee qualification documentation.
Coordinate training enrollments for employees and external maintenance partners.
Keep training systems and databases up to date with current employee and vendor information
Organize and maintain electronic and physical training files.
Monitor training records for accuracy and follow up on missing or incomplete information.
What makes you a great fit:
Previous experience in training coordination training administration or maintaining employee training and compliance records.
Strong record keeping and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
