Were hiring a Maintenance Technician with prior manufacturing maintenance experience to help keep production machinery and plant facilities running. Youll work alongside an experienced maintenance technician learn the plants equipment and procedures and take on more responsibility over time as part of a planned retirement transition.

What youll do

• Assist with installation setup preventive maintenance and repairs on production machinery including injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical electrical hydraulic and machine control issues alongside the current technician.
• Support scheduled maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns during production.
• Perform general building maintenance including basic lighting plumbing and facility equipment repairs.
• Help maintain dies jigs fixtures and other production tooling.
• Read equipment manuals and work orders document completed repairs and help track spare parts and supplies.
• Follow plant safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized.

What were looking for

• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Plastic injection molding experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with hand tools electrical meters and basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Willingness to learn from an experienced technician and build toward greater responsibility.
• Clear communication and the ability to follow work orders and safety procedures.
