Job Summary
Compensation: $45.94 per hour
Take on a new challenge and apply your mechanical and electrical maintenance expertise in a cutting-edge transit environment. Youll work alongside passionate motivated and dedicated teammates who are committed to keeping our fleet stations and infrastructure operating safely and reliably.
Youll play a key role in ensuring the availability performance and safety of train cars station systems and wayside equipment that support daily passenger operations. Day-to-day youll work closely with operations engineering and maintenance teams performing inspections troubleshooting complex issues and delivering corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
Youll specifically take care of vehicle systems station equipment and wayside infrastructure while also contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance reliability and reduce downtime.

- Delivering safe high-quality preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical mechanical hydraulic pneumatic and electro-mechanical system faults
- Supporting system reliability by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Following established maintenance procedures and documentation standards
- Contributing to a strong safety culture across a 24/7 operating environment

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience or understanding of mechanical electrical electro-mechanical hydraulic or pneumatic systems
- Knowledge of maintenance practices troubleshooting techniques and diagnostic equipment
- Familiarity with reading technical manuals schematics diagrams and parts breakdowns
- Ability to accurately document maintenance activities using written or computerized systems
- Valid Class C drivers license
- Hands-on experience with AC/DC power systems PLCs relay logic or industrial control systems is considered an asset
- Experience with rail transit manufacturing transportation HVAC machining or similar industrial environments is beneficial
- Strong commitment to safety teamwork and continuous learning
