What We Offer:

Pay range $28.00 - $32.00 per hour based on experience $1.00 per hour for night shift
12- hour shift 5:45 pm 6:00 am or - Mon - Fri 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
Bi-weekly pay
Paid lunches and breaks
Schedule: 2-2-3 with every other weekend off Friday - Sunday or Monday -Friday

What You Will Do:

Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance on assigned equipment
Perform repairs on compression and injection molding machinery auxiliary equipment and maintain systems
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
Repair and rebuild spare parts using hand tools measuring instruments blueprints and schematic
Work with Team Leads Quality Assurance Technicians PTMs Molders Lining Technicians and Printer Technicians
Observe and enforce all safety security and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Food Safety and HACCP programs.
Maintain cleanliness of production areas and machinery.
Assist with building and grounds repairs including snow removal.
Utilize EAM maintenance management software to enter and close work orders track parts and log labor hours.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
What Youll Need:

High school diploma or GED required
3 years of experience of industrial maintenance experience
Demonstrated knowledge and ability to perform maintenance tasks to the satisfaction of the Maintenance Manager
Capable of working in a high-speed manufacturing environment with heavy-duty industrial equipment
