Maintenance Technician

As theMaintenanceTechnician your chief responsibility will be to preserve the excellent condition and operational readiness of our facility. 

• Conducting diagnostic assessments scheduling and performing repairs and maintenance on all plant equipment.
• Developpreventative maintenance procedures documentcompleted work orders andperform otherassignments. 
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on rolling stock.
• Carpentry Plumbing electrical skills for minor repairs.
• Ability to read manuals to assist in repairs.
• Maintain a clean and pristine work area at all times.

Qualifications :

Basic Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Class A CDL (CDL-A) preferred; candidates without a CDL must be willing to obtain
• General knowledge in maintenance
• Strong knowledge ofindustrialelectricpump repair forkliftrepairsand plumbing
• By law you must be at least 18 years of age
• Good communication skills.
• Safety first mentality.
• Physically capable of manual labor and lifting up to/exceeding 40 lbs
• Positive attitude.
• Not only a willingness but ability to learn.
• Manage the workload that is put before you.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Requirements: 

• Associate degreefromatwo-year college or technical schoolin a relatedfield
• Knowledgeofhazardousmaterialhandling and OSHA training.

The successful candidate will be required to pass a physical drug test and DEA background check.
