What You Will Do

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and team members
• Complete apartment turns to create an exceptional move-in experience for new residents
• Diagnose and repair plumbing electrical HVAC appliance and general maintenance issues using strong troubleshooting skills and sound judgment.
• Respond to and complete service requests efficiently while delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service.
• Perform preventative maintenance and support community upkeep
• Assist with move-in and move-out inspections
• Support vendors and ensure quality standards are maintained
• Participate in a shared rotating on-call schedule to address emergency maintenance needs.

What You Have

• At least 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily housing facilities maintenance commercial properties hospitality or a related environment.
• Hands-on experience in at least two skilled trades such as plumbing electrical appliance repair HVAC carpentry or general building maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities with a commitment to quality and safety
• Flexibility to support community needs including evenings weekends rotating on-call responsibilities and seasonal business demands
• Reliable transportation to respond to emergency service requests during on-call shifts
• The ability to safely perform physical work including moving equipment tools and materials as needed
• Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.

What You Need to Know
