This is an onsite position on our St. Petersburg campus.

Overview

We seek skilled and versatileMulti-Trade Maintenance Techniciansto perform a variety of maintenance installation and repair tasks across commercial properties. Your expertise in HVAC electrical and plumbing systems will ensure that all building systems operate efficiently safely and in compliance with local codes and safety regulations.

How You Will Add Value
  • You will install maintain and repair HVAC systems including furnaces and ventilation equipment.

  • You will perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance such as filter changes and duct cleaning.

  • You will troubleshoot and repair electrical components ensuring compliance with all codes.

  • You will assemble install and repair plumbing systems including pipes fittings and fixtures.

  • You will diagnose and resolve minor plumbing issues such as clogged drains and faulty water heaters.

  • You will assist with general maintenance tasks across facilities.

  • You will maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

  • You will follow safety policies and promote a safety-first culture.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role
  • 35 years of experience in HVAC electrical and plumbing maintenance required.

  • Knowledge of air conditioning refrigeration electrical circuits and plumbing principles.

  • Certifications such as EPA Section 608 for refrigerants or Journeyman license are highly valued.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.

  • Strong problem-solving communication and customer service skills.

  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in varied conditions.

  • Valid drivers license with a clean record.

Work Schedule & Location

Standard hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Work arrangement: On-site St. Petersburg FL
