Technical Maintenance & RepairsDiving deep intothe nuts and boltsof our facilities ensuring everything runs smoothly.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.

• Perform repairs on gym equipment and facilityinfrastructure.

• Manage routine maintenance schedules for multiple locations.

• Servicethe wet area includingtheswimming pool / spaon a daily basis.

• Testand adjusttheswimming pool and spa water balanceas neededand logreadingsas required.

Vendor Coordination & Inventory ManagementYour role is pivotal in keeping our operations seamless working behind the scenes with precision.

• Liaise with external vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance.

• Keep a detailed inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.

• Order repair parts and materials as needed ensuring cost-effectiveness andtimelydelivery.

Customer Service & Team CollaborationAt the heart of our operations your work ensures our members enjoy a flawless fitness experience.

• Providetimelyresponses to facility-related member inquiries.

• Work closely with gym staff to coordinate maintenance activities without disrupting gym operations.

• Foster positive relationships with team members across all locations.

Safety & ComplianceEnsuring our spacesarentjust inviting but safe for everyone who walks through our doors.

• Adhere to and enforce safety standards and procedures.

• Conduct regular safety inspections of gym facilities.

• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests ensuring minimal downtime.

• Manage reported tasksand concerns via our work ordermanagementsystem (CMMS).
