re:Cycle Reverse Logistics is looking for a Maintenance Technician for its Reverse Logistics operation based in Greencastle PA. Our mission is to manage and scale information technology asset disposition (ITAD) services for used electronics and electronic equipment (UEEE) through secure and environmentally sustainable practices supporting asset recovery reuse recycling and other circular economy initiatives.

The maintenance technician role will oversee the safe operation of custom designed plant equipment some of which is heavy mechanical. This role is separate to facilities maintenance that look after HVAC and life safety etc.


Key job responsibilities
Performing regular PM (Preventative Maintenance) on plant equipment.
Acquire and maintain OEM manuals pertaining to all plant equipment.
Auditing equipment ensuring all safety and protective guards are in place.
Take partnerships regularly with environmental health and safety team and participate in any and all safety incident reviews and programs.
Assess equipment breakdowns and perform certain on-site repairs depending on complexity.
Where repairs cannot be performed escalate to support vendor and hold accountable to SLAs. Maintain callout log and report any breaches in SLAs.
Participate is annual budget cycles ensure adequate budget for necessary repairs or upgrades.
Maintaining 5S order and cleanliness at all times
Escalating to senior management as needed/required
Work and meet SLAs against assigned targets
Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
Requires standing sitting and walking for prolonged periods of time.
Typically work is in a warehouse environment where the noise level is moderate to loud.
Occasionally assist in loading and unloading shipments.
Occasionally exposed to extreme cold or hot weather.



- Experience in MS Excel Word and Windows Operating Systems
- Can lift up to 49 pounds stand/walk for shifts lasting up to 12 hours and frequently push pull squat bend and reach all with or without reasonable accommodation
- 5 years of related industry experience

- Knowledge of engineering documentation electrical diagrams and standard operating procedures
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations including Life Safety BOCA NFPA NEC or OSHA
- Experience reading and interpreting construction specifications and drawings for all domains

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
