- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure properties are in top condition enhancing the living experience for our residents.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues promptly minimizing downtime and maintaining high standards of service.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules ensuring long-term property value.
- Respond swiftly to emergency maintenance requests providing peace of mind to residents and property owners.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities helping us track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Inspect properties regularly to identify potential issues proactively addressing them before they escalate.
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members fostering a positive and cooperative environment for all parties involved.
- Experience in performing routine maintenance tasks in a real estate or similar environment.
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues efficiently ensuring minimal downtime.
- Proven track record of collaborating with team members to develop preventive maintenance schedules.
- Capability to respond swiftly to emergency maintenance requests providing timely solutions.
- Skill in maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities for tracking and improvement purposes.
- Experience in inspecting properties regularly to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents and team members fostering a positive environment.
- Must have a working cell phone reliable transportation and maintenance tools.
- Prefer EPA and CPO certification
