Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations within a pharmaceutical production facility. This role will be responsible for maintaining troubleshooting and repairing critical production equipment used in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing ensuring maximum equipment reliability efficiency and GMP compliance.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on maintenance experience in a regulated manufacturing environment and a strong background supporting pharmaceutical processing and packaging equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive predictive and corrective maintenance on pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic system issues.
  • Support equipment reliability initiatives to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain and document maintenance activities in accordance with GMP requirements and company procedures.
  • Assist with equipment installations upgrades and continuous improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with Production Engineering Quality and Validation teams to resolve equipment-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in root cause investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring equipment failures.

Required Qualifications

  • 3 years of maintenance experience within pharmaceutical biotech medical device or other regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing equipment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Working knowledge of GMP-regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings manuals and maintenance documentation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
