Maintenance Technician

Superhost Hospitality - Embassy Suites Naperville

As a Maintenance Technician you will be a key member of the team responsible for keeping our hotel safe functional and comfortable for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on hotel systems and equipment.
• Maintaining troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems plumbing electrical systems refrigeration boilers fire safety systems elevators and pool equipment.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and team members.
• Assisting in the setup repair and upkeep of guest rooms public spaces and back-of-house areas.
• Ensuring compliance with safety health and environmental regulations.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities repairs and inspections.

Requirements:

• Skilled in general maintenance HVAC plumbing electrical and mechanical systems.
• Able to quickly identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and good task management.
• Works well with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Additional Requirements:

• Previous experience in a maintenance technician role in a hotel setting is preferred.
• Availability for varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Certifications in HVAC electrical plumbing or other technical trades are a plus.
