Maintenance Technician Nights Iconex

Shift: D - Nights

It is a 2-2-3 schedule from 6:45 pm to 7 am.

Week 1: work Monday & Tuesday off Wednesday & Thursday work Friday Saturday & Sunday

Week 2: off Monday & Tuesday Work Wednesday & Thursday off Friday Saturday & Sunday

Location: Morristown TN
Pay: Competitive hourly wage with shift differentials and quarterly bonuses

• Perform preventive predictive and corrective maintenance tasks across production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic issues
• Diagnose and correct issues with PLCs AC/DC/Servo motors drives and automation systems
• Maintain and repair facility support systems (boilers compressors HVAC)
• Fabricate and modify parts or systems as needed
• Ensure safety and environmental procedures are followed at all times
• Collaborate across shifts to support communication and continuity

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with Siemens and/or Allen Bradley PLCs
• Experience troubleshooting AC DC and Servo motors and drive systems
• Familiarity with NEC codes and ability to read technical schematics and blueprints
• Experience with Microsoft Word and a willingness to learn CMMS software
• Strong problem-solving skills task planning and parts sourcing abilities
