What Youll Do
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on high-speed packaging equipment to maximize reliability efficiency and equipment uptime.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical controls and PLC-related issues to support safe and efficient production operations.
- Partner with Production and Maintenance teams to identify improvement opportunities optimize equipment performance and maintain quality and safety standards.
- Complete routine facility maintenance building repairs work orders and exterior maintenance as needed.
- Support equipment installations process improvements contractor coordination and projects that enhance manufacturing operations.
- Provide technical guidance to machine operators and assist with troubleshooting training and continuous improvement initiatives.
What Youll Bring
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least one year of experience in maintenance construction manufacturing or a related field.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills including experience with power tools and industrial equipment.
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) preferably FIXX.
- Strong communication organization problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Bilingual English and Spanish skills and basic refrigeration knowledge are preferred.
