Job Summary
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and follow maintenance procedures to ensure consistent equipment performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Check electrical hydraulic and mechanical systems to ensure functionality.
- Support repair maintenance and installation activities while following all safety policies.
Job Duties:
- Carry out routine and preventive maintenance on all building systems and equipment.
- Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs on hydraulic pneumatic and electrical systems.
- Monitor equipment inventory and notify supervisor when orders are needed.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and daily activity reports.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers as directed.
- Ensure compliance with all health safety and environmental standards.
Education and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a maintenance technician.
- Experience in planning and performing maintenance operations.
- Solid understanding of pneumatic electrical hydraulic systems etc. is strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of facility machines and equipment.
- Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
