Job Summary

Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and follow maintenance procedures to ensure consistent equipment performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
  • Check electrical hydraulic and mechanical systems to ensure functionality.
  • Support repair maintenance and installation activities while following all safety policies.

Job Duties:

  • Carry out routine and preventive maintenance on all building systems and equipment.
  • Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs on hydraulic pneumatic and electrical systems.
  • Monitor equipment inventory and notify supervisor when orders are needed.
  • Maintain detailed maintenance logs and daily activity reports.
  • Coordinate with contractors and service providers as directed.
  • Ensure compliance with all health safety and environmental standards.

Education and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a maintenance technician.
  • Experience in planning and performing maintenance operations.
  • Solid understanding of pneumatic electrical hydraulic systems etc. is strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of facility machines and equipment.
  • Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
