Position Overview:

The Maintenance Technician position is full-time at Mission Gateway a 300-unit building located in North Hills Los Angeles CA 91343. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance of the apartment complex within all areas related to the daytoday maintenance operations of the community and will also assist with porter duties as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a maintenance technician
• Conduct corrective preventative and emergency maintenance in units and on the property
• Experience in but not limited to electrical drywall plumbing carpentry and painting
• Possession of a valid California drivers license
• Proof of auto insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills when speaking with residents and vendors
• Computer skills for viewing and completing work orders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Specialized certifications such as HVAC are desirable.

Compensation:

• $27.50 Hourly
• 2BD Unit
