What Youll Do
Primary duties:
- Must have electrical plumbing and basic construction experience; troubleshooting repair and preventative maintenance of equipment buildings and facilities; seasonal landscaping grounds keeping and snow removal.
- Frequent contact occurs with Oaklawn personnel in the performance of duties.
- External contact with vendors and service providers.
- Ability to read analyze and interpret technical/medical/legal information.
- Ability to respond to routine inquiries or complaints from customers regulatory agencies or members of the business community.
- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals and groups.
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- In absence of high school diploma minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience required
- Must have a valid drivers license
