Maintenance Technician Masonry

Birgo is a mission-driven apartment management company dedicated to improving lives through real estate. Were looking for a Floating Maintenance Technician who specializes in Masonry. This is a full-time year-round the past weve contracted out masonry work. Now we want to bring it in-house. Outside of masonry this person will turn over units and complete work orders in apartments.

Locations: Float to any of the 14 communities in North Tonawanda Buffalo Hamburg and Lockport.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Developin-house masonry capabilities
• Perform skilled exterior and structural work including brick repair tuckpointing and waterproofing
• Turnovers/make-readies
• In-unit repairs such as drywall painting electrical plumbing carpentry and/or HVAC
• Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Valid drivers license
• Personal reliable mode of transportation
• Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
• Safely utilize power tools
• Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
