What Youll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong technical expertise in electrical systems PLC troubleshooting servo drives mechanical machinery and hydraulic systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in diagnosing repairing and maintaining industrial equipment ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

• PLC Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve PLC-related issues; Read and interpret ladder logic and control diagrams
• Electrical Systems: Understand and work with three-phase and single-phase systems (480V 208V 110V); Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs safely
• Servo Motors & Drives: Troubleshoot and maintain servo motors and drive systems; Configure and calibrate motor control systems
• Mechanical Systems: Maintain and repair mechanical machinery; Understand bearings chains trimming mechanisms and gear systems
• Hydraulic Systems: Troubleshoot pumps valves and hydraulic circuits; Perform preventive maintenance on hydraulic equipment
• General Maintenance: Execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans; Apply 5 Whys methodology for root cause analysis

Pay Rate: $30.65 Per Hour

What Youll Need (Qualifications):

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Two years maintenance experience in an industrial production environment
• Background in mechanical pneumatic hydraulic and basic electrical system required.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to work safely take initiative multi-task and work both independently and as a part of a team.
• Strong electrical background
• PLC troubleshooting and programming basics
• Servo drive and motor maintenance
• Mechanical and hydraulic system knowledge
• Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
