Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Complete service requests preventative maintenance and prepare apartments for new residents (turns/make-readies)
• Perform plumbing electrical HVAC appliance drywall painting carpentry flooring and general maintenance repairs
• Assist with renovations remodels capital improvement projects and property upgrades
• Maintain quality workmanship while meeting project timelines
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance as required
• Maintain excellent customer service with residents and team members
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures
• Travel between properties throughout Northern California

Qualifications:

• 2 years of multifamily maintenance construction or renovation experience preferred
• Knowledge of residential building systems and maintenance best practices
• HVAC certification is a plus but not required
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
• Must have standard tools and smartphone for work order assignments
• Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and provide excellent customer service
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors and outdoors
