Maintenance Technician II Real Estate

Job Summary
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Performs maintenance and repairs on a daily basis assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or other managerial staff at the residential and commercial properties. Assesses work orders and carries out work independently to completion as appropriate. Logs materials used for appropriate warehouse tracking. Estimates tracks and documents time spent carrying out service and repairs.
- Resolves routine questions and problems. Issues outside of normal daily duties and functions are referred to the Maintenance Supervisor for review and resolution.
- Assesses and troubleshoots maintenance and repair situations of residential commercial and/or off-campus properties that may occur outside of the written work order; resolves as appropriate.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Relevant vocational degree or certification may substitute for some of the minimum experience required.
Based on job duties the following may be required within 6 months of employment:
Valid Missouri Class E Drivers license.
