Action is seeking a full-time maintenance technician to join our Perla on Broadway team in Los Angeles.
Compensation:$27.00 - $30.00 / hour
Schedule:Tuesday - Saturday 8:00 am -4:30 pm
What Youll Do (Job Duties)
Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning painting minor plumbing repairs and landscaping.
Preventive Maintenance: Assist in conducting preventive maintenance tasks including filter changes lubrication and inspections.
Emergency Response: Respond to emergency maintenance requests under the supervision of a higher-level technician.
Teamwork: Collaborate with other maintenance team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and inventory.
Property Maintenance: Assist in maintaining common areas including cleaning trash removal and landscaping.
Pool Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the pool and spa including cleaning chemical treatments and basic equipment operation.
Performs other duties as assigned.e.

Who You Are (Skills/Experience)
-Minimum of 1 year of Maintenance experience preferably in hospitality or property management
-Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
-Hands on experience or course work in HVAC Electrical Plumbing Painting and Drywall is highly desired
