Maintenance Technician I

Now looking for a Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Harbour Lights Resort located in Myrtle Beach SC.

Responsibilities Include:

• Troubleshoot plumbing fixtures including drain cleaning.
• Maintain all guestroom and public space equipment and replace caulk tile/grout door repair to include locking mechanisms and hinges.
• Inspects rooms for pest intrusion and inspects and replaces cosmetic appliance components.
• Replace light bulbs and ballast repair closet/drapery tracks replace furniture and repair knicks and gouges.
• Detailed documentation in English is vital for maintaining logs and inspection sheets.
• Other duties as assigned by leader.

• High School Diploma
• 1-2 years experience in maintenance
• Can climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet push/pull up to 100 lbs. lift/carry up to 50 lbs. and grasp stoop reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations.
