Maintenance Technician I (Entry Level)

What will I be doing

• Basic drywall painting/staining and wall vinyl repairs
• Maintain all guestroom and public space equipment
• Complete planned scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Replace faulty plumbing components.
• Detailed record keeping
• Assist other maintenance staff on special projects as directed by leadership

What are we looking for

• 6 months to 1-year related experience.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Can easily climb stairs and work on ladders up to 30 feet push/pull up to 80 lbs lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

Compensation: 15.00 - 15.50 hr based on experience
