Job Summary

As a Maintenance Technician you will help keep equipment systems and facility operations running safely and efficiently. Daily work may include troubleshooting basic electrical issues reading schematics following maintenance procedures supporting equipment repairs and assisting with preventive maintenance tasks. You will work in a fast-paced industrial setting where attention to detail and safe work practices are essential. This role is a strong fit for someone who communicates well manages multiple priorities and adapts quickly when production needs change. Candidates with a Houston stationary license and a solid understanding of industrial safety procedures are encouraged to apply.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Houston 1st or 2nd Grade Stationary License

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules operating instructions maintenance instructions and procedure manuals

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally

• Ability to read and troubleshoot electrical schematics at a basic level

• Strong quality focus and high attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while adapting to changing needs

• Basic knowledge of LOTO and OSHA safety requirements related to industrial operations

• Physical ability to operate a forklift and complete required forklift training and certification

• Ability to use basic hand tools and maintenance equipment safely

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous industrial maintenance experience

• Previous experience in a laundry facility

• Experience supporting preventive maintenance tasks

• Familiarity with fast-paced production or warehouse environments
