Location: Greenfield IN (100% On-site must be available for overtime)

Compensation: $61000 - $70000/year (depending on experience)

A leading electrical/electronic manufacturer is hiring a skilled Journeyman-level Maintenance Technician for their Greenfield IN facility. This role is responsible for the hands-on troubleshooting repair and preventative maintenance of critical production machinery including hydraulic/pneumatic presses and related industrial equipment. What Youll Own

- Troubleshoot diagnose and repair malfunctions in hydraulic and pneumatic presses conveyor systems and assembly machinery.

- Perform electrical repairs PLC troubleshooting and basic diagnostic checks.

- Dismantle inspect and adjust mechanical devices and control instruments to keep equipment running smoothly.

- Set up and operate machine shop tools including lathes mills grinders and drill presses to fabricate or repair critical parts.

- Perform manual arc welding tasks for equipment and structural maintenance.

- Review safety manuals operating documentation and basic assembly drawings to execute complex repairs safely.

What Youll Bring

- MUST possess a valid verifiable Journeymans card in an approved electrical or mechanical trade.

- 5 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment.

- Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic press systems.

- Strong ability to read interpret and work from basic technical assembly drawings and execute PLC-level diagnostics.

- Practical experience with arc welding and operating metalworking machine shop equipment (lathes mills grinders).

- Ability to meet physical demands including working around moving machinery and occasionally lifting up to 50100 lbs.

- Valid Drivers License and clean driving record.

Nice to Have

- Associate degree in Industrial Technology Manufacturing Electronics or equivalent trade school education.

- Previous maintenance experience specifically within electrical/electronic manufacturing environments.
