Schedule - Mon-Fri and rotating weekends
What Youll Do:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our facility
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plumbing electrical and HVAC systems
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents and staff
- Work alongside a friendly supportive team that values your skills and ideas.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in long-term care or working with geriatric populations preferred.
Exceptional customer service communication and professionalism.
Must possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptability to a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational decision-making and accountability skills.
Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and support residents needs.
Self-motivated and capable of planning and implementing organizational goals.
