Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance repairs and preventative upkeep across the property
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to plumbing electrical HVAC appliances and general building systems
• Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests and resident concerns
• Manage and track assigned work tickets ensuring timely and accurate completion
• Update and maintain work orders in the system ensuring clear documentation of tasks and resolutions
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively
• Support unit turnovers including painting patching and minor repairs
• Maintain clean organised work areas and properly manage tools and equipment
• Interact directly with residents in a professional courteous and service-oriented manner
• Communicate clearly regarding maintenance issues timelines and resolutions
• Ensure a positive resident experience by addressing concerns respectfully and efficiently
• Represent the property with professionalism and a high standard of customer service

• Proven experience in residential or commercial property maintenance
• Working knowledge of plumbing electrical HVAC and general repair work
