Dubois Health Care is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support facility operations equipment reliability and building maintenance. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience who can work independently respond to maintenance needs promptly and helpmaintaina safe efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot automated industrial equipment andidentifynecessary repairs.
Installmaintain and repair mechanical equipment and building systems.
Support a strong preventive maintenance program across the facility.
Complete work order assignments accurately and on time.
Repairmodify or fabricate parts for mechanical equipment as needed.
Read and interpret blueprints drawings and schematics.
Install utility lines for steam water air gas vacuum and condenser systems including soldering pipe threading and electrical conduit work.
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and complete required safety training.
Use maintenance systems to record work and equipment data.
Maintain a clean safe and orderly work area.
Qualifications
Strong background in mechanical electrical hydraulic pneumatic and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with boiler maintenance preferred.
Knowledge of steam air and plumbing systems.
Good communicationskills and the ability to work with people at all levels.
High school diploma GED or equivalent plus at least two years of related experience.
Plumbing and welding skillspreferred.
Ability to speak and write clearly and understandably.
Must provide own tools necessary to complete essential job functions.
